I’ve put a lot of effort into setting fair and accurate shipping prices. Unfortunately, my website platform doesn’t allow me to separate parcels from document mail, so rates may sometimes differ slightly.
Please know that I personally review every order. Shipping fares should be OK but if there are any significant mistakes with shipping, I will refund you the difference.
🇨🇭For Swiss customers: please choose the “ONLY FOR A4 PRINTS” option if you’re ordering prints only. Shipping costs are CHF 2.– for up to 1 kg of documents, compared to CHF 7.– with standard shipping. If you’re ordering anything else alongside prints – excluding stickers (for example, tote bags, tees, or other clothing items) – please use the standard shipping option. Thank you for your understanding!
I realize this isn’t a perfect solution, but it’s the best way to ensure you’re not overcharged while also protecting my small business from unexpected extra shipping costs.
