1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between me, Anja Ky ("I" or "my"), and any individual ("you" or "the customer") wishing to make a purchase on my online store. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these GTC.

2. Products
I offer for sale carefully selected products, including eco-friendly tote bags, t-shirts, ceramic items, and other goods. Each product is described as accurately as possible on my website, but minor variations may occur. The colors of the items may differ between the photo and the actual product.

3. Price
The original prices displayed on my website are in CHF. The currency of your country is automatically converted by my shop hosting platform, but please note that exchange rates may vary slightly.

Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at the time of order.

Customs fees may apply upon receipt and are your responsibility.

I reserve the right to modify the prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. I reserve the right to refuse an order in case of payment failure or obvious errors regarding the ordered products.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address you provide during the order process. Delivery times are estimated and do not constitute a firm commitment. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Fragile products are packaged in the best possible way to protect them from damage.

Shipping is handled by La Poste Suisse. and prices are based on the weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I’m a part-time freelancer, so I try to ship your orders as quickly as possible. I usually ship once a week (on Friday or Saturday), but sometimes I manage to send them sooner.

Because Swiss Post rates can be complex and vary between documents (prints, stickers) and parcels (t-shirts, sweaters), and our e-commerce platform cannot differentiate between the two, all international orders are initially charged at the parcel rate (based on weight). If your order qualifies for a lower document rate and the difference is significant, I will automatically refund it. Smaller differences are used to cover packaging and shipping time. Thank you for your understanding and your support.

‼️🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA
Unfortunately, shipping to the United States has become complicated due to Swiss postal regulations (effective Sept 4th, 2025). I have decided to pause shipping for now. Digital files are, of course, always available.

6. Exchange and Return Policy
Exchanges are not possible.

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition (unless the error is on my part). Returns are only accepted for textile products (clothing, stickers, and tote bags). Ceramic items and custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a clear defect.

The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

To initiate a return, please contact me at anjakyda@gmail.com, indicating the reason for the return.

Please refer to the sizing chart before placing your order. If you made a mistake entering your shipping address, you will be required to pay for re-shipping. I cannot take financial responsibility for address errors.

 

7. Payment
Payments are secure and can be made online, or via Twint upon request. The order will only be processed after full payment is received.

8. Personal Data
I am committed to not sharing your personal data with third parties without your consent.

9. Modification of the GTC
I reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
