Shipping

Shipping is handled by the Swiss Post. 🇨🇭 Orders are shipped to the address you provide during the order process.

Orders are usually shipped on Friday and/or Saturday. Delivery times are estimated and do not constitute a firm commitment. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Fragile products are packaged in the best possible way to protect them from damage. 

📦 Because Swiss Post rates can be complex and vary between documents and parcels, and my e-commerce platform cannot differentiate between the two, all international orders are initially charged at the parcel rate (based on weight).

I’ve already experienced unexpected costs, and after spending hours researching the best solution, I’ve decided to simplify shipping to keep it sustainable for my small business.

If your order qualifies for a lower document rate and the difference is significant, I will automatically refund it. Smaller differences are used to cover packaging and shipping time. Thank you for your understanding and your support. :)

‼️🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA

Unfortunately, shipping to the United States has become complicated due to Swiss postal regulations (effective sept 4th 2025). I have decided to pause shipping parcels for now.

Prints, stickers and stationery are is still available to order, since documents are accepted. No package will be sent (clothing, ceramics and anything that requires a parcel) as long as the regulations are effective).

Exchange and Return Policy

  • Exchanges are not possible.

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition (unless the error is on our part). Returns are only accepted for textile products (clothing, stickers, and tote bags). Ceramic items and custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a clear defect.

  • The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

To initiate a return, please contact us at anjakyda@gmail.com, indicating the reason for the return.

Please refer to the sizing chart before placing your order. If you made a mistake entering your shipping address, you will be required to pay for re-shipping. We cannot take financial responsibility for address errors.
